Enquiries and confirmation

Submitting the enquiry form asks Puszta Manor to respond; it does not by itself confirm attendance, a date or a programme place. An arrangement is confirmed only when Puszta Manor replies. A normal visit during opening hours does not require advance registration. Each programme page states whether advance registration is required.

Time-based pricing

Prices are in New Zealand dollars. A regular visit costs NZ$7.50 for the first 60 minutes, then NZ$0.10 for each additional minute. A Regular Guest Card visit costs NZ$5.00 for the first 60 minutes, then NZ$0.07 for each additional minute.

The charge is for time spent in the community space. It includes use of the space, free activities and board games, listed programmes, coffee, tea, water and simple light snacks.

Regular Guest Card

The card can be issued at the venue on the first visit for a one-off NZ$65 fee, or issued free after 7 completed paid visits. The card provides only the published discounted time tariff. It does not create points, rewards or priority booking.

Programmes and changes

Regular schedules and on-request status are shown on the Programmes page. An on-request programme exists only after Puszta Manor confirms the arrangement. If a confirmed programme must change or be cancelled, Puszta Manor will use the contact information supplied to communicate the practical next step.

Social poker conditions

Social poker is an in-person programme under an 18+ venue house policy. It has no stakes, cash wagers, poker buy-in, poker-specific entry fee, cash prize or prize of material value. Chips have no cash value and cannot be redeemed. The normal venue time charge is for use of the community space, not for poker participation or a prize contribution.

House conduct

Visitors must treat other people, staff, shared items and the premises with reasonable care and respect. Harassment, threatening behaviour, deliberate damage and conduct that materially disrupts others are not accepted. Visitors must follow reasonable safety and venue instructions. Puszta Manor may end a visit where this is reasonably necessary to protect people, property or the operation of the space.

Consumer rights and complaints

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or protections against misleading conduct under the Fair Trading Act 1986. Information on fair trading obligations is available from the Commerce Commission.

Raise a complaint by emailing [email protected] or calling +64 9 663 1752. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the Disputes Tribunal may be an available forum depending on the matter.

Website content and intellectual property

The website provides current venue information and an enquiry route. Content, branding, photography and original design on the site may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission, except as allowed by New Zealand law. External links are provided for convenience and their content is controlled by the destination service.

New Zealand law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. New Zealand courts and tribunals have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer right to use another lawful forum.
